A surprise announcement came last week (at least it surprised us). Hawaiian Airlines CEO Joe Sprague is out (retired, so they say), and Diana Birkett Rakow is stepping in, promoted from her role as Senior Vice President of Public Affairs and Sustainability at Alaska Airlines.
