Statewide is RevPAR up ~2.6%, but all on the strength of the neighbor islands. Oʻahu is hitting a rough patch (RevPAR down ~4.8%), Maui is dominating as the rate leader at $544+ with RevPAR surging ~10.9%, and the Big Island and Kauaʻi hold strong with RevPAR up ~9.2% and ~2.9%.

APRIL 2026 MONTHLY REPORT
Statewide RevPAR is up ~5.3%, driven heavily by the strong performance of the neighbor islands. Oʻahu is flat (RevPAR up just ~0.1%), Maui continues to dominate as the clear rate leader at $493+ with RevPAR surging ~12.0%, and the Big Island and Kauaʻi hold strong with RevPAR up ~7.0% and ~9.2%.

MAY 2026 MONTHLY REPORT
Statewide RevPAR jumped ~9.1% in June, led by Maui (+14.3%) and the Big Island (+9.7%). Kauaʻi rose ~7.1%, while Oʻahu gained ~6.3% and posted the state’s highest occupancy at 83.6%.

JUNE 2026 MONTHLY REPORT
Statewide performance is basically flat, RevPAR up just ~0.6%. Oʻahu is softening (RevPAR down ~2.2%), Maui is still the rate leader at $530+ but slipping, and the Big Island and Kauaʻi are quietly doing the heavy lifting with RevPAR up ~9.6% and ~6.7%.
