HHA membership fees are calculated per property and billed quarterly: - Base Fee: $500 per property - Plus: $10.50 per room over 50 rooms - Example: For a 100-room hotel → ($500 + (100–50) × $10.50) ÷ 4 = $243.75 per quarter
